Birmingham | Full-Time | 12-Week Temporary Assignment
Are you an experienced Bricklayer looking to pass on your skills and knowledge to the next generation?
We're recruiting on behalf of a Birmingham-based college for a Bricklaying Lecturer to join their Construction team on a full-time basis for an initial 12-week temporary assignment.
What You'll Need:
- Level 3 Bricklaying qualification (preferred)
- Recent industry experience in Bricklaying
- Teaching, training, coaching or mentoring experience desirable
- A passion for helping learners develop practical trade skills
The Role:
- Deliver engaging Bricklaying lessons and practical workshops
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Promote safe working practices within workshop environments
- Support students in gaining the skills needed for industry success
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lecturer or a skilled Bricklayer looking to move into education.
