Morgan Hunt have partnered with a market leading Further Education College in East London who are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £31,000. The role will be based at their campus 5 days per week.
The primary function of this role will be to promote the college's Apprenticeship courses and develop relationships with employers.
Responsibilities:- Engaging with employers to promote the college's Apprenticeships and additional courses
- Source work experience opportunities
- Develop new and existing relationships with employers
- Collaborate with Tutors to develop an understanding of each learner's career inspirations
- Capture data to meet Ofsted requirements
- Previous experience in working engaging with employers selling Apprenticeships
- Experience of developing and nurturing relationships with clients
- Knowledge of employment and education programmes
- A successful track record of achieving targets
