Morgan Hunt have partnered with a market leading Further Education College in East London who are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £31,000. The role will be based at their campus 5 days per week.

The primary function of this role will be to promote the college's Apprenticeship courses and develop relationships with employers.

Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with employers to promote the college's Apprenticeships and additional courses
  • Source work experience opportunities
  • Develop new and existing relationships with employers
  • Collaborate with Tutors to develop an understanding of each learner's career inspirations
  • Capture data to meet Ofsted requirements
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in working engaging with employers selling Apprenticeships
  • Experience of developing and nurturing relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of employment and education programmes
  • A successful track record of achieving targets
