Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Health and Social Care lessons.
- Teach and assess learners across a range of qualifications, including BTEC, NCFE, T Level, or Access programs.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support achievement.
- Develop learning resources that meet awarding body requirements and industry standards.
- Support learners through tutorials, pastoral guidance, and academic mentoring.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment documentation.
- Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement activities.

Essential Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, or a related discipline.
