Morgan Hunt have partnered with a Training Provider in West London who are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £35,000. The role will be based on site 5 days per week and may offer hybrid working in the future.
The primary function of this role will be to engage with employers to promote the provider's apprenticeships. The Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer will be responsible for:
- engaging with employers to promote the provider's Apprenticeships
- conducting cold calling to generate new business
- managing existing client relationships
- collaborating with Tutors to develop an understanding of each learner's career inspirations
- capturing data to meet Ofsted requirements
The Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer will need to have:
- previous experience in working within a sales or business development role within Apprenticeships
- knowledge of employment and education programmes
- a successful track record of achieving targets
