We are seeking a committed and empathetic Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker (IDVA) to join our team and provide vital support services to those in need across North Surrey. In this proactive and rewarding role, you will offer both emotional and practical support, conduct risk assessments, assist with safety planning, and advocate for clients to access essential services. You will also work closely with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated response to safeguarding and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide confidential, client‑led outreach support to individuals experiencing domestic abuse.
• Carry out risk assessments and work with clients to develop safety plans.
• Facilitate access to services including legal advice, housing, financial support, and healthcare.
• Maintain accurate and timely casework records.
• Attend multi‑agency meetings and contribute to the wider support network.
