Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Professional Regulatory Body in their search for an interim Triage Manager to join on an initial 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational leader to manage a specialist triage function, leading a team responsible for assessing complex regulatory concerns while driving performance, quality and service improvement.
This is a highly operational management role with a clear focus on leading the triage team to reduce case backlogs, improve performance and ensure timely, robust decision-making.
Managing four direct reports, you will oversee team performance, support colleagues with complex casework and ensure cases are progressed efficiently whilst maintaining the highest regulatory standards.
Working within a highly complex regulatory environment, you will lead on the assessment of sensitive and high-risk concerns, making evidence-based decisions and ensuring cases are triaged proportionately and in accordance with legislation, guidance and organisational policies.
The role requires excellent judgement, particularly where cases involve significant volumes of information, complex information-sharing considerations and highly litigious stakeholders.
