Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Liaison Officer for a 6 month temporary contract. The role involves dealing with contractors and tenants with regards to ongoing maintenance projects. You will work closely with all involved parties to ensure everyone is satisfied.

Your main duties will be:

  • Monitor progress of projects from commission stage to end of defects liability period.
  • Work closely with contractors and consultants to deliver projects.
  • Attend project meetings (including site meetings) and report on progress of projects.
  • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and collate feedback received.
  • Identify and process amendments on the project.

Essential experience required:

  • Experience dealing with the public ideally in relation to investment programmes;
  • Working and liaising with a variety of agencies.
  • Report writing and record keeping.

You must be decisive and have effective written and verbal communication skills. This role will be to start ASAP.
