Job Title: Tenant Repairs Support Officers About the Role / Job Summary: Morgan Hunt is seeking Tenant Repairs Support Officers to provide essential support to tenants facing complex repairs issues. In this role, you will act as a named advocate, ensuring effective communication and timely updates throughout the repairs process. This position is vital in enhancing the service delivery for vulnerable tenants, promoting their voices, and ensuring their concerns are addressed. As part of the Housing Repairs and Resident Services team, you will contribute to improving tenant satisfaction and reducing complaints. Key Responsibilities: Act as the named advocate for residents in the Tenant Advocacy Pilot. Build trusted relationships with residents navigating complex repairs.
