- Location: London (Hybrid)
- Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week
- Pay: £31,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to supporter enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate supporter records and process donations and administrative tasks.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a positive supporter experience.
- Ensure all records are maintained in line with GDPR and organisational policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, supporter care, or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
