About the Role / Job Summary: We are seeking a Sports Facilities Supervisor to efficiently oversee sports facilities in the absence of the manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the facilities are maintained to high standards and that all activities are conducted safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the sports facilities.
  • Ensure safe working practices and conditions are maintained.
  • Support the Sports Facilities Manager in running the facilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness, security, and customer care standards.
  • Conduct basic client inductions within the fitness suite.
  • Assist in marketing the sports facilities to generate lettings.
  • Report maintenance and repair needs to the Building Resources Manager.
  • Promote adherence to safeguarding and health safety policies.
  • Support student conduct in accordance with policies.
  • Participate in events and support visitor engagement.

Qualifications:
