We are currently seeking a caring, skilled, and motivated Specialist Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This rewarding position involves working with learners who have a range of complex learning, physical, and medical needs. You will play a vital role in ensuring students can fully access their education while receiving the care and support they require to thrive both academically and personally.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to learners with SEND.
- Assist with personal care routines, including dressing, toileting, changing, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Support learners with mobility needs using wheelchairs, hoists, slings, standing aids, and other specialist equipment.
