We are recruiting for a Support Worker to support vulnerable adults at risk within supported accommodation services.
Location: Southampton
Working Hours: Full-time | Flexible shifts including weekends sleep-ins
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one support and key working sessions
- Complete support plans, risk assessments, and case recordings
- Support adults with learning disabilities, mental health and a history of addiction with independent living skills including budgeting, cooking, tenancy readiness, and accessing services
- Work alongside social workers, housing teams, and external agencies
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
Experience Required:
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs
- Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed support
- Good communication, report writing, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and work independently
