Our client Morgan Hunt are currently working with a national youth homelessness organisation, supporting young people across two services in Manchester. The service provides support to young people aged 16 - 25 who are at risk of homelessness.

The role - Senior Progression Coach

As a Senior Progression Coach, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing 3 Progression Coaches and ensuring the high quality of risk and needs assessments, SMART outcomes-based support plans and case files for clients of your line reports.
  • Delivering one to one and group support opportunities within the accommodation and local community.
  • Supporting clients to participate in Education, Training and Employment opportunities as appropriate to the development of skills, assets and aspirations.
  • Health and safety of the environment for clients, staff, visitors and volunteers through risk assessments and health and safety checks.
  • Liaising with internal departments including HR, Finance, Fundraising and Business Development teams to ensure the smooth running of the service.
