This position is integral to supporting and advising global Finance systems users across all offices. The role involves addressing system and process-related challenges, providing day-to-day support via ServiceNow, and resolving ad-hoc queries.
Responsibilities include error resolution, technical issue identification, and implementing improvements through the Change Request process in collaboration with the Technology team. Additionally, the role supports senior colleagues on strategic and operational projects and oversees system tasks such as master data maintenance, data integrity, and authorisations.
Key Responsibilities:- User Support Policy Guidance: Provide expert advice on finance policies and processes to global users. Offer guidance on SAP4 Hana and SAP R/3 usage. Document policies and processes for the Finance manual. Assist in creating training materials and delivering training sessions.
- System Process Management: Maintain matter management systems, including matter opening, time recording, billing, and debt collection. Ensure timely responses to requests and thorough testing of changes.
- Authorization Management: Approve and process access requests in line with finance policies. Conduct periodic authorization reviews with global managers and auditors.
- Error Resolution: Address and resolve errors in finance systems promptly.
