A Top Law firm with multiple offices across England, who have been established for over 30 years, are looking to grow their Risk & Compliance Function and are looking for a Risk & Compliance Team Executive for the Sheffield Office. This law firm offers an amazing working culture that is supportive, collaborative and friendly. They offer excellent training and development throughout your career with them.

You will join the group compliance team where the firm specialises in disputes resolution, property and a consultancy arm to support small law firms.

The Role

As Risk & Compliance Team Executive based in Sheffield, the purpose of this role is to support the compliance team, COLP, COFA, MLRO/MLCO and DPO that all the firm's activities are compliant and meet the SRA requirements. Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting and advising as a point of contact for AML Compliance and Data Protection.
  • Provide training for staff and fee earners on compliance.
  • Review policies and procedures and ensure they are up to date.
  • Process Subject Access Requests and Data Privacy breaches.
  • Supporting the Risk & Compliance Manager on projects.
