Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Repairs Officer for a temporary contract. The contract will be ongoing and you will be a valued member of the team. You will be responsible for delivering a range of housing and property repairs and you will ensure that all works are delivered to the agreed specification and within target timescales.
Duties will include:
- Responsibility for identifying and programming complex repairs.
- To deal with complex repairs ensuring that the correct trades are identified and customers are kept informed with regards to when their repairs will be completed.
- To undertake quality assurance measures on various repairs to demonstrate safe working practices and value for money.
- To keep appropriate records of all response repairs for audit and recharge purposes.
- To carry out a range of property inspections as required.
Experience required is:
- Sound building technology knowledge and experience.
- House condition survey experience.
- Computer literacy, use of a range of databases and spreadsheets.
- Trade background with a good working knowledge of all building trades.
