Job Details:
- Temporary Recruitment Administrator
- Full Time (Monday - Friday) 35.5 hours
- Immediate Start
- Hourly rate £17 - £20 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the recruitment function
- Deliver 360 recruitment process including advertising vacancies
- Maintain recruitment data compliance and confidentiality
- Respond to any recruitment enquiries and provide a professional, helpful service to managers and candidates
- Produce reports and management information to support recruitment activity
- Assist with agency and temporary staffing administration
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment campaigns
Required:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Previous experience in Recruitment/Talent Management is desirable
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a high pressure environment
- A confident communicator who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels
