Morgan Hunt currently requires a Plumber for a Brand New Theatre Building based in East LondonPay Rate: £20ph to 24ph Ltd – Weekdays and £30ph to £36ph Ltd – SaturdaysHours: 40 hrs Shift Rota 7am to 15:00pm and 12pm to 20:00pm Mon to Sat – 2 out of 4 Sat Location: East LondonDuration 6 months Temp to Perm contract – Starting Salary £39,175 PAJob description requirementsCarry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine. Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.Familiar with undertaking reactive and PPM tasks large building with associated services AHU's, Chillers, A/C Systems/Central Battery EML/Boosted Water & H&C Water Systems etc.Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installationsstrictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations. QualificationMinimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical servicesOther requirementsAbility to interact at all levels.Flexibility and adaptability. Computer literateMay be required to participate in the Department's out of hours on call system
