Key Responsibilities
- Provide pastoral support to students, ensuring their welfare and well-being are prioritised.
- Monitor student attendance, punctuality, and progress, addressing concerns promptly.
- Conduct one-to-one tutorials and group sessions to support personal development, study skills, and employability.
- Work closely with curriculum staff and support teams to ensure students receive the help they need.
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in college life.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and interventions.
- Support the college's safeguarding and equality policies.
- Help students set and review academic and personal targets.
- Refer students to specialist services where appropriate (e.g., counselling, learning support, careers advice).

- Essential:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
