Hours: Shift Hours: 07:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday with a cyclic late shift of 12:00 to 20:00 and a cyclic Saturday shift of 07:00 to 15:00.
Location: Central London
Job Purpose: The Mechanical Maintenance Tradesperson shall work within the Maintenance Team reporting to the Maintenance Manager (Mechanical). Ideally, the Mechanical Maintenance Tradesperson shall be technically qualified in a mechanical discipline and experienced in performing operation and maintenance duties in large building complexes. However, newly qualified candidates who are willing to train into the position are also welcome.
All team members are expected to make an equal contribution and undertake tasks as assigned. There is also a requirement to undertake call out response which is shared equally among the team. All team members are expected to work a basic working week based on a shift system which is generally 07:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday with a cyclic late shift of 12:00 to 20:00 and a cyclic Saturday shift of 07:00 to 15:00. Flexibility in covering shifts at short notice is required.
Main Responsibilities: The Mechanical Maintenance Tradesperson shall be responsible to the Maintenance Manager (Mechanical) for carrying out mechanical maintenance tasks.
