Morgan Hunt are working with a Manchester based organisation to recruit an MIS consultant on a short fixed-term contract. You will support the accuracy and compliance of learner data, ILR submissions, and funding claims. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in ILR management, Data Lock resolution, and ESFA funding rules, along with hands-on experience using OneFile.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate ILR submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve Data Lock issues between the ILR and Apprenticeship Service.
- Support preparation and validation of monthly funding claims.
- Conduct data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies or funding risks.
- Work with internal teams to improve MIS processes and reporting.
- Provide guidance on effective use of the OneFile ePortfolio system.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within FE or Apprenticeship training providers.
- Strong knowledge of ILR, ESFA funding rules, and Data Locks.
- Experience supporting funding claims and data compliance.
- Hands-on experience with OneFile.
- Familiarity with FIS and PDSAT validation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
