I am looking for a HR Business Partner to join one of our longstanding Clients based in North Manchester.
This is a permanent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting key business functions with proactive and strategic HR guidance.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in delivering a high-quality, business-aligned HR service that makes a real impact.
As HR Business Partner, you will
Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
Provide coaching and support to line managers to strengthen their people management skills.
Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner on organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning.
Use people data and HR metrics to identify trends and advise leaders on practical, evidence-based solutions.
Deliver guidance and training on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate effectively with centres of excellence including Recruitment, Reward, and L&D to provide integrated HR solutions.
We are looking for an HR professional who
Has significant experience as a generalist HR practitioner, ideally in a busy or complex organisation.
Is confident managing sensitive and complex employee relations cases with a solutions-focused approach.
Uses data and insights to drive people decisions and identify root causes of recurring issues.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
