About the Role
I am looking for a HR Business Partner to join one of our longstanding Clients based in North Manchester. This is a permanent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting key business functions with proactive and strategic HR guidance. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in delivering a high-quality, business-aligned HR service that makes a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Provide coaching and support to line managers to strengthen their people management skills.
- Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner on organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning.
- Use people data and HR metrics to identify trends and advise leaders on practical, evidence-based solutions.
- Deliver guidance and training on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with centres of excellence including Recruitment, Reward, and L&D to provide integrated HR solutions.
Skills and Experience
- We are looking for an HR professional who has significant experience as a generalist HR practitioner, ideally in a busy or complex organisation.
- Is confident managing sensitive and complex employee relations cases with a solutions-focused approach.
- Uses data and insights to drive people decisions and identify root causes of recurring issues.
- Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
