The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We have a current opportunity for a Regional Maintenance Manager on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. The position will be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The role will incorporate delivering and managing from inception to completion all maintenance works on properties. The main duties of the role are:

  • Inspecting - damp/mould cases
  • Void inspections
  • Complex repair inspections - actioning contractor
  • Contract management of grounds maintenance contract
  • Planned projects - decoration/path replacements

To be considered for the role you must have experience in a similar role and covering the above duties. A relevant qualification is also essential.
