Salary: £15+ per hour (Dependent on experience and responsibilities)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm

Morgan Hunt is working together with a specialist land based college who offer a range of specialist courses to students aged 16+ aimed at providing skills to ensure successful futures within agriculture and animal centred careers. This is a mainstream college with learners who have a range of additional learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, Behavioural difficulties and dyslexia and students' learning takes place both within and outside of the classroom.

Learning Facilitator Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to pupils with barriers to learning.
  • Work closely with tutors, employers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised interventions that promote learning, engagement, and independence.
  • Support the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets.
  • Use of specialist skills to help pupils access the curriculum, develop life skills, and achieve personal goals.
  • Mentor and coach other staff in best practice strategies for SEND support.
