Due to our vision of growth, we are currently recruiting a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Morgan Hunt's Further Education Desk. This role will involve working with experienced Senior members and recruiting into the Automotive, Construction & Engineering Sector. Location: London with Hybrid working (3 days office based).
- Background in Sales or Recruitment
- Good research skills and the desire to be an expert in your field
- Desire to develop relationships and ability to create rapport with people at all levels, face to face and on the phone
- Targeted advertising and networking through LinkedIn and other relevant professional media sources
- Monitoring job boards
- Administrative compliance - effectively registering candidates to build candidate database
- Positively grows both personal and Morgan Hunt brand
- Consistent telephone contact
