A nationwide charity is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support its Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating user-focused solutions and delivering high-quality technical support across departments.
This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, customise Salesforce applications, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Design and develop tailored Salesforce solutions in line with business needs.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Test and deploy configurations and customisations into production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce and other supported systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working with IT architecture and infrastructure teams.
Significant hands-on experience with JavaScript, Salesforce LWC, and Salesforce Flows is required. Proven experience in Salesforce development and configuration is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce Communities and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is preferred. The ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team is necessary.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are advantageous. Experience with Gearset or other deployment tools is also beneficial.
The role is primarily based in London, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 days per week. Occasional travel to other offices or sites across the UK and Ireland may be required.
