We are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Worker (TST Caseworker) to provide floating support to adults recovering from homelessness across North East London. This role focuses on supporting individuals to maintain their tenancies and move towards independent living.

This is a hybrid role involving office, community, and occasional home working. Travel expenses can be claimed.

  • Complete risk assessments and develop support and move-on plans
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and tenancy sustainment
  • Work with external agencies and respond to safeguarding concerns
  • Experience supporting vulnerable clients (mental health, substance misuse, homelessness)
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, support planning, and housing pathways
  • Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
