Morgan Hunt currently requires a Helpdesk Coordinator for a Gallery based in Central London on a temporary basis.

Pay Rate: £18ph to £21ph Ltd

Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Duration: 2 week's ongoing contract

Location: Central London

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Update backlog data contracts and health & safety checks.
  • Manage orders and communicate with contractor services.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate works for staff.
  • Provide overall support to the helpdesk operations.
  • Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in SharePoint and E-Logs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education Requirements:

  • Relevant IT or administrative qualifications preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with data management and scheduling systems.
