We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Finance Lecturer to join a college in Romford on a full-time basis. You will deliver engaging and industry-relevant lessons to further education students, supporting them in developing the financial knowledge, analytical skills, and professional understanding required for careers in finance, accounting, and business.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality Finance lessons (AAT, BTEC, Level 2-Level 5, or equivalent)
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
- Support students in developing practical and theoretical knowledge in finance and accounting
- Prepare learners for coursework, assessments, and examinations
- Differentiating teaching to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
- Maintain a professional, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Contribute to curriculum development and learner achievement strategies
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related subject
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) - desirable
- Experience teaching in a college or FE setting
- Strong subject knowledge and awareness of current financial practices
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting learners into finance and business careers
- Desirable: Experience delivering AAT, BTEC, or professional finance qualifications
- Industry experience within finance, banking, or accounting environments
- Familiarity with current UK FE curriculum and assessment frameworks
