Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established Charity who are recruiting for an Employer Engagement Team Leader in North London. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £39,000. The role offers predominantly based across the clients 3 sites around North London; however, there may be an opportunity for hybrid working.
The primary functions of this role will be to lead on the business development strategy and manage the Employer Engagement Officers who will promote the providers Apprenticeship programmes and source work placements for learners.
The Employer Engagement Team Leader will be responsible for:
- managing the Employer Engagement Officers and providing support on business engagement activities
- engaging with employers to promote the providers Apprenticeship programmes and source work placements
- developing new business
- working toward targets and overall business goals as determined by the senior management team
- collaborating with internal teams to ensure sourced opportunities are fit for purpose
- ensuring data and compliance is in line with company standards
The Employer Engagement Team Leader will need to have:
- experience of leading a team to achieve targets
- knowledge of Apprenticeships
- previous experience in working engaging with employers to promote Apprenticeships and source work experience opportunities
- worked with post 16 learners
- knowledge of employment and education programmes
- a successful track record of achieving targets
