We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join a national public sector organisation, where you will bridge the gap between complex business needs and the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform.

You will design secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that enhance an existing D365 environment, improving processes, functionality, and user experience for caseworking teams. A key focus will be creating a view by integrating external data, enabling digital services, and supporting automated decision-making through machine learning.

Working collaboratively with the Platform Owner and multidisciplinary teams—including data specialists, service designers, project and delivery managers—you will play a central role in shaping solutions across a range of services. You will lead solution design activities such as Fit/Gap analysis, architect integrations with Azure and Power Platform, and ensure robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will also provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding best practices across customisations, plugins, and configurations. Working closely with stakeholders, you will manage design approvals, project scope, and ensure alignment with organisational goals. You will monitor progress, identify and mitigate architectural risks, and uphold strong governance standards, including secure-by-design principles and data integrity.

This is an opportunity to influence the long-term evolution of a critical platform while delivering meaningful improvements to public service delivery.
