Morgan Hunt have partnered with a market leading Further Education College in East London who are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £31,000. The role will be based at their campus 5 days per week.
The primary function of this role will be to promote the college's Apprenticeship courses and develop relationships with employers. The Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer will be responsible for:
- engaging with employers to promote the college's Apprenticeships and additional courses
- source work experience opportunities
- developing new and existing relationships with employers
- collaborating with Tutors to develop an understanding of each learner's career inspirations
- capturing data to meet Ofsted requirements
The Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer will need to have:
- previous experience in working engaging with employers selling Apprenticeships
- experience of developing and nurturing relationships with clients
- knowledge of employment and education programmes
- a successful track record of achieving targets
