Hours: 35 hrs Mon to Fri - 9am to 5pm - Must be able to work 3 days in office and 2 days working from home

Duration: 3 month ongoing contract
Main Responsibility: Administrative assistant to manage signing and sealing of legal documents, diary and calendar management, and management of governance inbox. Full training provided. Candidate will need to undergo some training on their start date.
In terms of experience, preference would be to either have a university graduate or a school leaver with good GCSEs in maths and English. The process is completely teachable and easy to follow but they need common sense and the ability to learn quickly. Support will be fully provided. Someone who is interested in paralegal work or training as a governance officer would be suited.
