Leeds (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office) £51,753 (Fixed Term until November, with strong potential to extend to June). Morgan Hunt are working in partnership with a well-regarded organisation to recruit an HR Data Migration Analyst to support a key transformation programme, migrating people data from legacy systems into SAP SuccessFactors. This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in a high-profile data migration project, working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and programme teams.
The Role
As part of the People Data Migration team, you will be responsible for supporting the successful transition of HR data into the new system environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Data mapping and data modelling across legacy and target systems
- Data reconciliation and business validation activities
- Identifying and analysing data defects, errors and inconsistencies
- Supporting data remediation and cleansing activities
- Managing your own workload in line with the project plan and timelines
- Providing regular updates and contributing to programme status reporting
You will also play a key supporting role across the wider programme, including:
- Supporting business readiness activities
- Contributing to UAT preparation and execution
- Assisting users during parallel payroll runs
