We are looking for two experienced HR Data Engineers to join a high-profile transformation programme within a large and complex organisation. This exciting initiative is focused on modernising the HR technology landscape, including the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (or equivalent platforms such as Oracle HCM or iTrent). This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will play a critical part in the successful migration of HR and people data into new systems. Working within a fast-paced transformation environment, you will help ensure data is migrated accurately, efficiently, and in line with programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver HR data migration activities in line with established migration strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Extract, cleanse, transform, and validate HR/people data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and the people impact of data-related decisions.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues and risks throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Support testing, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure successful data deployment.
  • Drive delivery, maintain momentum, and contribute to programme success within a complex transformation environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will combine strong technical data expertise with a solid understanding of HR systems, processes, and business operations.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience delivering HR or people data migration projects within large-scale system implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable platforms such as Oracle HCM or iTrent.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and data migration tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience operating within large transformation or change programmes.
