We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Built Environment Lecturer to join a successful Further Education College in Birmingham. About the Role
- Deliver engaging theory and practical lessons across Built Environment programmes, including Levels 1-3 and Higher Technical qualifications where appropriate.
- Teach topics such as construction technology, sustainable construction, building design, surveying, project management, and the built environment industry.
- Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic and career goals.
- Contribute to curriculum development and maintain a positive, inclusive, and industry-focused learning environment.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification or above in a Built Environment discipline such as Construction Management, Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience within the built environment or construction sector.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
