We're seeking a dedicated L5 Hospitality Management Subject Leader to lead and inspire students in the Hospitality field.
You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the BA Hospitality curriculum, ensuring students achieve their full potential while maintaining strong industry links.

Key
Responsibilities: Teach across all levels (4-6 essential) in Hospitality and Management.
Set and maintain educational and professional standards in teaching and curriculum development.
Manage course responsibilities, including lesson planning, assessment, and resource management.
Provide academic and pastoral support to students, monitoring their progress.
Maintain strong links with related industries and professional bodies.
Contribute to curriculum development and cross-disciplinary teaching strategies.
Engage in research and professional practice to enhance pedagogic awareness.
Assist the Course Director in curriculum area initiatives and extra-curricular activities.
Requirements: Qualifications: Relevant BA and postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Teaching qualification (PG Cert or equivalent).
A Masters and a UK-recognised teaching qualification are required.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years UK higher education teaching experience.
Experience in curriculum design and development, including course materials.
Demonstrable teaching record of innovation and success in the classroom.
Strong industry connections to facilitate partnerships or collaborations.
