Looking for your next opportunity in support work? We're currently looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join a specialist substance misuse service in Tunbridge Wells. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting vulnerable adults, particularly within substance misuse, mental health, homelessness, criminal justice or other complex-needs services.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a caseload and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey
- Completing assessments, risk assessments and personalised recovery plans
- Providing regular one-to-one keywork sessions
- Supporting clients with issues including housing, benefits, mental health, employment and physical health
- Promoting harm reduction and safer substance use
- Working closely with partner agencies and other professionals
- Maintaining accurate case records and monitoring client progress
- Supporting individuals to build independence, resilience and long-term recovery
