Morgan Hunt are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to lead the delivery of a planned maintenance programme and major repair projects for a Glasgow based Housing Association, ensuring high-quality outcomes for tenants.
Reporting to the Head of Asset and Investment, you will manage projects from inception to completion, oversee contract performance, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with contractors, residents, owners, and key stakeholders to deliver value for money, excellent customer service, and high-quality investment works.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of planned maintenance and major repair programmes.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and project performance.
- Develop specifications and support procurement activities.
- Engage with tenants, owners, contractors, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and CDM requirements.
- Monitor quality, costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Line manage the Investment Officer and support wider asset management priorities.
You will have experience managing planned maintenance or major repair projects, strong contract and project management skills, and a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of health and safety legislation, contractor management, and related areas is essential.
