Interim Senior Curriculum Manager - ESOL We are currently seeking a Senior Curriculum Manager (ESOL) for our College client based in London.
This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering an outstanding curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our learners.
You will lead the development of ESOL programs, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with educational standards.
The Role Lead the design and implementation of the ESOL curriculum.
Ensure programs meet the needs of learners and comply with relevant regulations.
Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness and student outcomes.
Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance instructional strategies.
Provide professional development for faculty in curriculum delivery.
Engage with stakeholders to promote and enhance the ESOL program.
The Person Proven experience in curriculum management within an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of ESOL teaching methodologies and assessment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Relevant degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Teaching qualification (e. g., CELTA, DELTA) is desirable.
Minimum of three to five years of experience in curriculum development and management is highly desirable.
