Are you an ambitious, experienced SEND leader looking for a high-impact, rewarding challenge this autumn? We are partnering with a Headteacher in Berkshire to find an Interim Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion). Following a recent successful Ofsted grading and strong trust-level support, the leadership team is currently undergoing an exciting restructure. This role has been created to bridge the gap from September through to December 2026, with fantastic potential to transition into a permanent leadership role for the right candidate.
About the Role: This is a non-class-based leadership position designed for someone who wants to make an immediate, tangible difference.
