We're looking for an organised and proactive Interim People Culture Administrator to join our client. As the first point of contact for People Culture queries, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our HR administration while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for People Culture/HR enquiries, providing timely and professional advice or directing queries as appropriate.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR data using the Breathe HR system.
- Process employment contract changes, including amendments to hours, salary, job titles and other contractual updates.
- Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, letters and other employee correspondence.
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Maintain confidential employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection requirements.
- Assist with absence, holiday and other HR administration.
- Provide general administrative support to the People Culture team.
- Ensure HR files, systems and documentation are accurate, up to date and well organised.
