This is a great opportunity for an immediately available HR System Specialist to join a leading FE College based in East London.

The HR Systems Business Partner will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing all aspects of the College's HR system, iTrent. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the HR systems administration function including helpdesk provision, system upgrades, software and performance testing
  • Collaborating with IT, MIS and Digital teams and key stakeholders to efficiently schedule and execute iTrent updates
  • Establishing clear procedures, processes, and workflows for all iTrent operational activities
  • Providing training as necessary to all system users
  • Ensuring the timely provision of accurate management reports

You should be an experienced HR Systems Specialist with a track record of working in an organisation with a large and complex workforce ideally within the Education sector. Experience of delivering successful HRIS projects using a variety of tools/techniques and methodologies needs to be combined with experience of developing and delivering user training. Ideally you will have experience of working with iTrent.
