Our client, a respected organisation with a strong values-driven culture, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People Team on a 12-month contract. This is a key role supporting senior and middle managers by providing expert HR guidance, leading people-focused initiatives, and strengthening leadership capability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to support business goals through effective people strategies
- Lead and contribute to HR projects aligned to the People Strategy
- Provide coaching, guidance and HR support on ER cases, performance and capability
- Drive talent development, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives
- Support recruitment processes including job design, attraction, and selection
- Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports and analyse data trends
- Contribute to monthly payroll processes in collaboration with external provider
- Promote best practice, compliance, and inclusion across all areas of HR delivery
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
- Strong understanding of employee relations, coaching, and HR best practice
- Excellent communication skills the ability to influence and support managers
- Confident working independently in a busy, values-driven environment
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model with occasional travel across sites
