We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join a dynamic team in the education sector. This temporary role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of HR data while supporting key administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine HR support activities utilising the HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate HR data and cleanse employee records.
- Organise electronic files and ensure data integrity.
- Provide references and reset passwords for the HRIS system.
- Log and check absence records, assigning them accordingly.
- Update systems following probation reviews and manage standard correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Develop productive working relationships within the team.
- Promote the welfare of young people and vulnerable groups.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in an HR support role or similar environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and data management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- DBS Enhanced check required.
