We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join a dynamic team in the education sector. This temporary role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of HR data while supporting key administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine HR support activities utilising the HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and cleanse employee records.
  • Organise electronic files and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide references and reset passwords for the HRIS system.
  • Log and check absence records, assigning them accordingly.
  • Update systems following probation reviews and manage standard correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Develop productive working relationships within the team.
  • Promote the welfare of young people and vulnerable groups.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in an HR support role or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.
  • Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong organisational and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • DBS Enhanced check required.
