We're seeking an experienced Housing Officer to deliver high-quality housing management services across a designated patch. Immediate or ASAP start required.

Key Duties:
  • Manage rent arrears, allocations, voids and tenancy issues
  • Handle anti-social behaviour and complaints
  • Provide housing advice and tenant support
  • Work with partners and engage with the local community
About You:
  • Experience in a housing position.
  • Strong knowledge of core housing management functions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage a busy, varied workload
  • Housing Qualification desirable.
