Location: Lewisham (Deptford base + community work across borough)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay: £16.48+ per hour (higher depending on experience)

About the role
We are recruiting for an experienced Housing First / Tenancy Sustainment Worker to support individuals with a history of rough sleeping into stable accommodation and long-term tenancy sustainment. You will work with a small caseload (approx. 5 clients), delivering intensive, person-centred support focused on maintaining tenancies, improving independence, and reducing repeat homelessness. This is a mix of office-based work (Deptford) and community outreach across Lewisham. The role includes lone working.
Key responsibilities:
- Support rough sleepers into and sustain stable tenancies
- Deliver Housing First-informed, strengths-based support
- Manage a small, complex caseload (approx. 5 clients)
- Complete risk assessments and ongoing case management
- Work closely with landlords, housing providers, and partner agencies
- Conduct home visits and community-based support sessions
- Maintain accurate case records using digital systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
- Contribute to multi-agency meetings and support planning
About you:
Experience in Housing First, homelessness services, hostel work, or tenancy sustainment. Strong background in frontline support.
