Housing Support Assistant
Location: Uxbridge, UB10 0AE
Hours: 30-35 hours per week (Flexible rota)
Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Housing Support Assistant to join a supported housing service in Uxbridge. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service while helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. This is a varied role combining reception, administration, housing support, and health safety responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and external agencies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Carry out reception duties, including answering calls, managing emails and post, processing payments, and reporting repairs.
- Welcome new residents and assist with sign-ins, move-ins, and general enquiries.
- Conduct regular health safety, security, and wellbeing checks throughout the building.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues, anti-social behaviour, incidents, and safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and complete incident reports.
