We are working with a well-established Higher Education provider in London that is looking to appoint a Hospitality Management and Leadership Lecturer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HE Lecturer with a strong academic background in Hospitality, Management or Tourism to join a supportive and forward-thinking department.
About the Role
- Deliver engaging Hospitality Management and Leadership modules to Higher Education students.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons, ensuring an outstanding learning experience.
- Support students through academic tutoring, assessment and pastoral guidance.
- Contribute to curriculum development and maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
What We Are Looking For
- A Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Management or a closely related subject.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience within Higher Education.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality teaching.
